Cancellation Policy

Deposit & Cancellation Policy A $200 deposit is required to confirm your booking. Your reservation is not secured until the deposit has been received. • The deposit is non-refundable in the case of no-shows or cancellations. • You may reschedule your tour up to 2 days (48 hours) in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. • Full refunds are only issued if the tour is cancelled due to weather or safety concerns, as determined by the guide. • The remaining balance is due in cash at the dock on the day of your tour.
